Peaceful and stunning location in Las Vegas, very close to all and a taxi and the airport. Also, close enough to everything. Outstanding room with a pull out bed from the couch, good offer. Marvellous breakfast with plenty of outstanding foods.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Happy hour reception each evening was a plus! Loved the convenience of being able to take the shuttle to and from the strip.
Wish the shuttle picked up from the airport and ran at least until midnight. Wifi connection wasn't the best.

We stayed in a reasonably priced and brand-new room that had a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV. Had comfortable bed with the strip view.

Large suite, comfortable bed, excellent cooked breakfast, quiet location but still only 20 minutes walk from The Strip.
Live Swans on lagoon in the Reception area strange for UK visitors, but apparently not a problem for the Swans.

comfortable but needs attention to detail
The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were attentive and friendly, made check-in pleasant. The happy hour was a good touch. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout of my suite with plenty of room for my family to relax together.
There were some issues with WiFi connectivity that affected my ability to work remotely.

The atrium, the swans, the happy hour, comfortable beds, clean rooms
The wifi was terrible, it hardly worked at all in our room. We could get barely any TV channels. When we arrived the toilet seat lid was broken and just sitting unattached on the toilet seat. It was all chipped and had pieces broken off it, they assured me they'd replace the lid. No, they didn't they reattached the broken one! The food from the restaurant was awful, room service extremely expensive for a tiny meal, served in boxes! They staff were extremely unhelpful. They watched us struggled in with all our bags, didn't offer the luggage trolley, we had to ask for it. There appeared to be one luggage trolley for the whole hotel. The rooms were clean but the carpet in the hallway was never vacuumed, there was ground in cake or something on the carpet when we arrived and was still there 5 days later. We asked a reception member where the laundry was and he said, I believe it's on the second floor. I asked where on the second floor, he said, I don't know, you'll just have to go looking for it. That's terrible service!!! They staff had zero knowledge of tours, attractions etc. We ordered the airport shuttle at a certain time, we arrived in the designated spot 15 mins prior to the arranged time and the driver had already left for the airport. When I complained the older lady at reception was extremely rude to me. It's too far from the strip, it's not walking distance, so you're paying $20+ every time you get in a taxi. I won't stay there again

The two-room suite was spacious and perfect for our family. The amazing free breakfast fueled our day. We also loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying some downtime in the leisure room. Just a heads up, the furniture could use a bit of an update, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 😊
